What is DROP  ?

DROP is easy-to-use app that connects a two-wheeler driver with a person (rider) looking for a ride. It is currently available only for Android phones and you can download DROP from Google Play Store.

How can I register as a rider ?

Go to www.dropsewa.com and click on “Join”. You will get a short form seeking information. Fill in your details and become a registered rider. Alternately you can “Sign up” as a new user on the Login page of the mobile app.

How can I find a driver?

Log in to the app using your ID and password. DROP will identify your location and show drivers near you along with an ETA (expected time of arrival).

Where can I see the driver’s arrival time ?

After you log in to the app, DROP will show you the driver nearest to you. Slide to book the ride, and you will get the expected time of arrival. You may also contact the driver by tapping on (call icon) and confirm the time.

How can I contact the driver ?

After you book a ride, you will get the driver’s details such as expected time of arrival, name, and phone number. Tap on the call icon to speak to the driver.

How can I cancel the ride ?

After you book a ride, you will get the driver’s details and a (cancel symbol) on the right. Tap on (the X) to cancel your ride.

Can I save my office location in the app ?

Yes, DROP understands how time-consuming it is to select your locations again and again. After you book a ride, you will get the driver’s details. On the same screen, you will see a (heart icon), tap on the icon to save your destination as a favorite. That’s not all, (the star icon) saves your last 10 destinations. Tap on the icon to choose any of your previous drop points.

Where can I view my past drop points ?

After you book a ride, you will get the driver’s details. On the same screen, you will see a (star icon). Tap on the icon to view your past 10 drop points.

What if the bike shows up late ?

We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, email us a we will refund half fare that you paid for the ride.

How do I complaint against the driver ?

Did not have a comfortable ride? The first thing you can do is to give an appropriate rating to the driver. You may also write to feedback@dropsewa.com giving your feedback. You are the most important person for DROP, we will address any concerns you may have with the driver as soon as possible.
